This website is dedicated to the review study for the European Commission, DG ENER unit B.3, on Ecodesign Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/2281 on the ecodesign requirements for air heating products, cooling products, high temperature process chillers and fan coil units (also known as ENER Lot 21).

The aim is to provide technical support to the European Commission in the assessments required by the review clauses of said regulation, and in order to assist with the Call for Evidence, back-to-back evaluation and impact assessment.

Contractor is a consortium with Viegand Maagøe as contract manager for this contract. The technical project lead is VHK, in collaboration with experts from the Danish Technological Institute. The study started in December 2022 and is planned to be completed in June 2025.
